When in doubt, tell us your goals — not the tier you think you need — and we'll recommend the most cost-effective option.

Yes, but it requires a rebuild rather than a simple upgrade — the underlying architecture is fundamentally different. Your design, content, and brand identity carry over completely. We plan this upgrade with you in advance when it makes sense, so you don't overpay for Dynamic features you don't yet need.

At minimum: your business name, preferred colour palette or brand guidelines, and the text content for each page. Photographs and logos should be provided in high resolution. If you don't have these yet, let us know — we can discuss timelines accordingly, or quote for basic copywriting assistance.

A 3–5 page Static site typically takes 7–14 days from deposit payment to delivery, assuming content is ready. Semi-Dynamic sites with social integrations: 14–21 days. Dynamic sites with CMS: 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. These timelines assume timely feedback from your side at each review stage.

You receive all source files and can host the site wherever you choose. We offer two ongoing maintenance options: a monthly retainer (approximately 2,000 BDT/month) covering minor text updates, security patches, and priority response; or per-update billing at approximately 1,000 BDT/hour for occasional changes. Neither is required — you are free to manage the site yourself or hand it to any other developer.

Yes. We work remotely with clients in any country. All pricing is quoted in BDT for transparency; international payments can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Communication is in English or Bengali depending on your preference.

The deposit is non-refundable once development begins, as it covers design and initial build time. If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specification after revisions, we will work to resolve it at no extra charge. We have never had a dispute that required escalation — clear written quotes and regular check-ins prevent the majority of misunderstandings before they occur.

Absolutely. The live calculator on the Pricing page lets you build an estimate by selecting a tier and ticking add-ons. Your estimated total can then be referenced when you fill in the budget field above. The formal quote we return will be exact and itemised — it may be higher or lower depending on technical scope we identify after reviewing your goals.
